From Your Drawing to a Finished Part — Precision You Can Verify
Every custom aluminium part we produce starts with a thorough review of your technical documentation. We check geometry, confirm material selection and agree on tolerances before machining begins — so the first batch fits, first time.
Which Aluminium Alloy — 6061, 6082 or 5083?
EN AW-6061 suits enclosures and panels; EN AW-6082 for high-load brackets and frames; EN AW-5083 for marine and food-industry environments. Not sure? Send us the drawing — we'll advise for free.
Tolerances to ±0.05 mm — When Standard ±0.1 mm Isn't Tight Enough
We machine to ±0.1 mm (ISO 2768-m) for standard enclosures and covers, and to ±0.05 mm for precise fits and multi-part assemblies. Every part is dimensionally inspected before dispatch — measurement reports on request.
Colour Anodising to Pantone or RAL — Consistent Batch to Batch
We anodise in-house and hold Delta E ≤ 2 within a production run — no batch-to-batch colour variation. Coating 15–25 μm standard, 25–50 μm hard anodising for increased wear resistance.
Technical Excellence
Machining, Anodising, Engraving — One Supplier, One Delivery
Coordinating three different subcontractors for machining, anodising and marking adds time, risk and cost to every order. SITAPRESS handles the complete process internally — your part arrives machined, anodised and marked in a single shipment.
Complex Geometries — Pockets, Cutouts, Threaded Inserts
Internal pockets, blind holes, slots, threaded inserts, precision cutouts — machined to your DXF, STEP or PDF without compromise. Minimum wall thickness queries answered before we start.
Pantone / RAL Colour Anodising — Same Shade Every Run
Specify your RAL or Pantone code and we match it. Physical colour samples provided before series approval.
Laser Engraving — Permanent, Regulatory-Compliant Marking
Serial numbers, CE markings, logos, QR codes engraved directly into the surface — permanent, tamper-proof, regulatory-compliant. Done in-house, no extra lead time.
UV Printing on Aluminium — Full Colour on the Finished Part
Digital UV printing on flat and recessed aluminium surfaces for parts that need colour graphics, typeplates or branding overlays. Machining and marking completed in one production cycle.
Manufacturing Excellence
Quality That's Measured, Not Just Claimed
Three-Stage Quality Control — Documented
Material incoming, post-machining dimensional check, final inspection before dispatch — all documented, all traceable. ISO 9001:2015 (SGS).
In-House Marking — No External Dependencies
Laser engraving and UV printing run in the SITAPRESS facility. No outsourcing risk, no extra transport, no time buffer built around a third-party supplier.
From 1 Prototype to Full Production — Same Quality
Prototypes and series runs go through the same process and tolerances. What fits in the sample fits in the production batch.

Have Questions?
Frequently Asked Questions
What types of CNC aluminium parts can SITAPRESS produce?
SITAPRESS machines a wide range of custom aluminium parts including electronics enclosures and housings, front panels with cutouts, structural brackets and frames, machined covers and lids, and bespoke components for industrial equipment. All parts are produced to customer drawings from standard aluminium alloys (EN AW-6061, 6082, 5083) with optional anodising and in-house marking.
Which aluminium alloys do you work with?
We work with the most widely used industrial aluminium alloys: EN AW-6061 (general purpose, yield strength 276 MPa in T6 condition), EN AW-6082 (high-strength structural alloy, yield strength 310 MPa in T6 condition) and EN AW-5083 (marine grade, maximum corrosion resistance). The right choice depends on required strength, machinability, corrosion resistance and anodising quality. We’re happy to recommend the best alloy for your specific application.
Can you anodise parts to a specific RAL or Pantone colour?
Yes. We offer colour anodising matched to Pantone or RAL references, ensuring colour consistency across your production batch. Standard anodising colours (black, silver, red, gold, blue and others) are held in stock. Custom colour matching is available on request. Coating thickness: standard 15–25 μm, hard anodising 25–50 μm for increased wear resistance.
What tolerances do you hold on CNC aluminium parts?
We hold standard tolerances of ±0.1 mm to ISO 2768-m for general dimensions. For applications requiring precise fits or multi-part assemblies, we machine to ±0.05 mm. Every part is dimensionally inspected before dispatch. Reference samples for fit verification are available before series production.
Can you add engraving or printing to machined parts?
Yes. We offer laser engraving and UV digital printing directly on machined aluminium surfaces. Laser engraving is ideal for permanent serial numbers, logos, CE markings and technical data. UV printing allows full-colour graphics to be applied to flat or recessed surfaces — machining and marking completed in a single delivery step.
What do I need to provide to get a quote?
We need your part drawing in CAD, DXF, PDF or STEP format, including dimensions, tolerances, preferred material, required quantity and any surface finish or marking requirements. Send your files via the quote form and we’ll respond within 24 hours. Technical consultation before submitting a drawing is always free of charge.
