Personal Data Protection

If the legal basis for processing personal data of the data subject is their consent, the data subject may withdraw their consent at any time by sending an email to the email address below. The withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent given before its withdrawal.

The data subject has the right to withdraw consent at any time by e-mail to the address: [email protected].

The data subject has the right to request confirmation from the Controller on the basis of a request as to whether or not the personal data of the data subject are being processed, and if so, to request information about the processing of personal data concerning the data subject.

The data subject has the right to correct personal data concerning him or her. In order to ensure the accuracy of the personal data of the data subject, each data subject is obliged to notify the Controller of accurate and truthful personal data and all changes to the personal data that the data subject has provided to the Controller.

The data subject has the right to the portability of personal data concerning him or her and which he or she has provided to the Controller, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, if the personal data of the data subject are processed in an automated manner and on the basis of contracts or the consent of the data subject and before the expiry of the personal data retention period. The exercise of this right must not have adverse consequences for the rights of other persons.

The data subject has the right to the destruction of personal data (right to erasure of personal data) which is the subject of processing if there has been a violation of the law, or upon withdrawal of consent or if the purpose of the processing has ended or after the expiry of the period for storing personal data. The right to the destruction of personal data does not apply if the processing of personal data is necessary for: exercising the right to freedom of expression or exercising the right to information, fulfilling obligations under Act No. 18/2018 on the protection of personal data and on the amendment and supplementation of other laws (effective from 25.5.2018) or a special regulation, exercising a legal claim for archiving purposes, for scientific purposes, for historical research purposes or for statistical purposes pursuant to Section 78(8), if it is likely that the right under paragraph 1 will make it impossible or seriously hinder the achievement of the objectives of such processing.

The right to restrict the processing of personal data if: the data subject objects to the accuracy of the personal data, during a period allowing the Controller to verify the accuracy of the personal data, the processing of personal data is unlawful and the data subject objects to the erasure of the personal data and requests the restriction of their use instead, the Controller no longer needs the personal data for the purpose of processing the personal data, but the data subject needs them to assert a legal claim, or the data subject objects to the processing of personal data pursuant to Section 27(1) of Act No. 18/2018 on the protection of personal data and on amending and supplementing other laws (effective from 25.5.2018), pending verification of whether the legitimate reasons on the part of the controller outweigh those of the data subject.
